  COVID-19 Update:

There has been a massive surge of interest in survival products. This is not just here in the US, but it is on a global scale. While this has led to some supply chain disruptions, our order processing times are currently about 5-7 business days. 

In order to keep up with the order fulfillment process, we may not be able to get back to your customer service inquiry right away. We answer these inquiries during normal business hours and it may be a few days. We ask that you first read over our FAQ’s below to see if your particular inquiry is answered.

We would also like to thank you for your support as well as patience and understanding during this unprecedented time in human history. We are all in this together.

On a final note, we hope you are taking care of yourselves during the pandemic. Keep up a daily routine even if you can’t get out of the house. Do one thing that makes you happy everyday. Eat right and get some physical activity. Hopefully we all will come out of this on the other side having learned something from all of this. And, finally, be prepared.

 

FAQ

What if I haven't received my order?

If your order was shipped, you would have been sent an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received this email,  your order has not shipped and will be shipped as soon as we possibly can ship it. If you set up an account when you placed your order, you can also log in to see the status of your order.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

It could be in your spam folder. If you have checked your spam folder, wait a while to see if it comes in. If it doesn’t it’s possible that the order did not go through. It’s also possible that your email address was entered wrong.
